1. Order
You can order goods / services from Tokali through our website. All agreements are concluded in Norwegian, and all stated prices include VAT.

All prices are current prices and cannot be guaranteed in the future. We reserve the right to price changes and typing errors. We also reserve the right to reject orders to be delivered for resale.

2. Payment
We offer payment with Vipps and Klarna.
Additional fees for alternative forms of payment must be clearly stated.

3. Delivery
As a general rule, all orders over NOK 900 are delivered free of charge. We deliver all over mainland Norway with fixed road connections.

Delivery is in consultation with the customer. If, contrary to expectations, there are errors or omissions in an order sent from us, please contact us no later than 5 days after receiving the order. Remember to check the contents immediately upon receipt of the order.

4.Availability

In rare cases, errors may occur in stock, which may result in inventory not being 100% accurate, and longer delivery times than originally estimated may occur. In that case, you will of course be contacted immediately.

5. Right of complaint
According to the rules, you can return products with damage or defects, with a thorough description of the defect or deficiency.

If, on receipt of a complaint, Tokali is unable to ascertain a fault or lack of the product, the value of the item will not be refunded.

6. Right of withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Tokali, the right of withdrawal runs from the day the product is received.

A refund of the full amount can only be made if the item is returned in the same condition and quantity, the right to cancellation is not valid if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the item's sales value.

Food products are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as we cannot guarantee the quality and shelf life after sale and transport.

The purchase cannot be canceled by failing to pick up the item, or by refusing to receive it, without us having been notified in writing in advance. This will entail a handling fee of NOK 89.

If you choose to make use of the return right, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping of NOK 89. You can also return the goods by refusing to accept the goods upon delivery. Please note - that we do not accept parcels sent by cash on delivery or for collection at the post office.

If an item is returned using the 14-day return right, and the item is damaged due to poor packaging, Tokali is relieved of all responsibility from refunding the item's value.

Business customers:

For business customers, there is no right of withdrawal.

7 Privacy
Before you can enter into an agreement with Tokali, you must register with the following personal information: name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. We register your personal data in order to be able to deliver goods to you.

We do not store and transfer customer information encrypted.

The data controller is GoShopping.

Information to Tokali is not transferred or sold in any way to third parties, and we do not record any personal information.

8 Information capsules/Cookie Policy

Tokali uses cookies on our website, as this is necessary for this site to function and be user-friendly. Among other things, it uses cookies when a product is to be added to the shopping cart. By clicking on our page, you automatically accept cookies.

Cookies also provide information about how the website is used, primarily to measure traffic and optimize the layout. None of the cookies used are harmful and do not have access to sensitive information or the possibility of spreading harmful viruses/programs to other programs.
